Those diesel generators comprise to the industrial generator
plants group and are to start right after delivery to the customer. The diesel
is designed so as to be used in hard schedule terms, with compression combustion
(four-cycle mode with electrostarter ignition).
The diesel electrical equipment system potential is 12-24 V
of direct current.
The engine refrigeration system
is either aerial or liquid, according to the engine type and capacity.
The engine and the generator are jointed together and fixed
on a durable steel frame with vibroisolators,
abating the engine vibrations impact on the base (fundament). The frame has a
fuel bowl calculated so as to supply the aggregate within approx. 8 hrs. of
rated charge operation. It is possible to provide additional fuel bowls for
prolonged working time in design.
To control and check the aggregate work, perfect electronical
control system is included.
Remote control makes
possible both to start and stop the generator aggregate, to control its work and
outgoing capacity, and also to stop it automatically in case of some critical
situation (for instance, low oil pressure, high refrigerant temperature etc.).
Control system provides
automatical start and stop of the diesel generator aggregate, using the remote
control subsystem
signals as well as manual start and stop. The provided automatical control
system makes the aggregate applicable as a reserve electric power supply system.
The control system provides protection from refrigerant overheating, low oil
pressure, start failure and excessive engine rotation (racing). Also, an
emergency signalisation is provided, in case of low storage battery capacity,
critical pressure level proximity, refrigerant overheating within storage
battery charging system failure or automatic operational mode distortion. The
control pannel has a built-in control and notification interface, which makes DG
compatible with the Unbreacable Power Supplies (UPS), personal computers etc.
This promotes reliable electric power supply systems at different enterprises
and factories with technological cycle not allowing power supply interruptions.
To the Customers require, following
additional operational systems equipment provided:
- Charging aggregates to charge starter batteries from
220-240 V alternating curent source.
- Economisers: submerged (installed into the refrigeration
system), generators and control pannels (from a condence). Stop automatically
after the engine starts.
-Electric pumps recharging fuel supply: are used if it s
needed to pump fuel from the main fuel bowl to the generator fuel bowl.
- Emergency signalization: besides lamp signalization,
installed on the hooter control pannel, signalizing with a sound of an emergency
situation, the hooter can be installed anywhere.
- Automatic control with preliminary heating:
“Thermostat” system provides preliminary heating and engine fuel combustion.
- Announcement remote control pannels: they duplicate the
installed control pannel lamps operations (stopping and disturbance indicating).
Also provided: sound emergency system and turning-off sound button.
All the diesel generators ecological characteristics meet RU
ond world standard requirements.
